First there is a couple things we need figure out.
1) Avg male is 200 pounds. Person to lift. Hmm great something I'm above avg in. hahaha
2) Avg USA female 170 pounds. Person doing the lifting.
3) What weight could an avg adult female lift in a lift. This is harder to find than I thought it would be. So I just started lifting objects around me until I lifted something that I noticed my muscles didn't engage. I'm going with my 16 oz coffee. I may be able to lift something heavier without noticing, This is not a science project and the coffee was right here. Also I'm a guy not a lady.
4} Lets keep this simple and do it at see level. So 1G.
5) Avg USA adult female shoe size is 9, which is 9 inches.
I think that is all the data I would need. The math would be some what simple of at first glace. 200 /1 = 200. Out of the box a lady would have to be at least 200 times stronger. Now here comes a grey area. The coffee cup is made to be raised. It is balanced for that purpose. Raising a man would not. Think of lifting a 6 foot square cardboard box. The weight you could lift, but the odd size would cause issues. Lets add say 25 to the 200 times. I can't think of away to come up with a number, so I'm guessing 25. I guess it would also matter if they are fighting back or just limp.
So at this point I'm guessing the lady would have to be at least 225 times stronger.
Now if you watch a crane lift an object it uses counter weights. I figured the easiest way for the lady to handle that would make her 225 times heavier. So 225 * 170 = 38250 pounds. She doesn't get top. Ok bad joke.
Now can the ground handle it. 38250 pounds being pushed down between 2 feet of a size 9 shoe. 38250 /2 = 19,125 / 9 = 2,125 pound per inch downward force. Not included the guys weight. With guys weight 2,136 pounds per inch of downwards force. She would need to be on very strong ground all the time.
A semi truck front axle downwards force is of just the cab is 12,000.
Ok what did I miss or screw up?

But I think 225 is too much, my guts are telling me it's more like 30 to 40 times, because (using metric as I'm European):
Untrained woman should be able lo hold 2.5kg in a similar level as I've seen clips on youtube with women doing curls with 15 or more (not to mention the weights weightlifters get off the floor)
so 30 times that makes 75kg, 40 times 100kg (200pnd = 90kg, which is a bit much I think)
This ignoring surfaces and stance etc, so maybe your approach is more accurate.

When superstrength is involved, you gotta suspend disbelief of 'lift someone skyward without toppling over forward or having to lean back / brace heavily',,, but I do enjoy your figuring out the physics & math of it.

So after the last post I started to think about this subject and what would the basic strength level would it take to casually lift someone like these videos.
First there is a couple things we need figure out.

Which is why you need flight ability once you talk about applying superstrength. Not to mention stopping a vehicle, let alone a tank.
My Arions can't fly, so they are very much handicapped against Velorians, who except for Protectors are weaker than Primes but can usuallly win a fight. Huge advantage in being to fly with the same maximum weight she can lift. Once you get strong enough, the ground, even a reinforced concrete pad, are too crumbly to support their feet.
But if a Prime gets a grip on you, or wraps you up in a hug, then it's game over. Nothing stopping their full use of their strength in that scenario.
So many ways to pseudoscience our way into a 'plausible' story...
