The Female Future
The girls are incredibly hot, there is no debating that. I really liked their dominating attitude as they took apart the men opposing them.
Would I have liked to see some more SFX in regards to the use of their powers? Sure. Super speed seems like an easy one to add in. However, that is a very small complaint compared to what we got.
While I'm a big proponent of the $1 a minute pricing strategy, if the extra costs gets me top notch models like this doing what I like to see a superheroine doing, it is worth it.

Wish the dollar wasn't so expensive in Brazil right now, I'm dying to see this
I say the same! Hope things can change now in our beloved country. Nowadays I'm just buying from tks due to the exchange rates

There were some good throatlifts and use of simple pushing. Twisting metal and a crunching hand grip. The plot is thin but I'm not here to watch that. It is there to advance seeing the girls do what they do best. Swap costumes, look sexy, put their hands on their hips and use their powers.
The male mask use is a little clumsy. Why not a better mask than a paintball shield or a ski mask?
The comment about 'you are not able to fly' or something along those lines was a let down. Even if you don't show it I would love to just think they can. How hard could it be to show them simply land or get ready to take off and cut away? Might just be me but I think a lot of having a super girl is the ability to fly.
I didn't mind the price. The quality of the actresses more than made up for it.
Some flying? New powers? Super breath? Maybe use a CO2 fire extinguisher for the effect? Simple drone footage to show a descent to a porch or courtyard to then cut to boots touching ground?

Thanks to Sarge and JDRock above for the feedback.
There are more episodes coming, and who said that the girls can't fly?! She said it, but thats not to say that its true

At 14 mins 35 secs, the frame goes black for 2 whole seconds. I cannot work out if this is deliberate (to express something) or if it is an error in your editing (happens when clips are not aligned properly on the timeline and then exported)?
Could you please clarify?
Apart from that, great job

Have to agree with JD on this (*and shocking silence filled the SWM forums* ) Keep up the same quality and I look forward to your next production
Peace.

Fair amount of people I know that commission videos and then don't mention them here.
I had a few people chat me up since the 11th and discussed the Female Future 3. Some good conversations. Hopefully sales fund Female Future 4 and 5 and on.

Based on the error, the site specifically said the file was in the wrong place, so the problem shouldn't have been on my end.Sarge395 wrote: Try a refresh of your browser or cycle your PC and router. Mine downloaded painlessly.
Anyway, the download link is working now, so they must have fixed something last night while I was asleep, though they didn't respond to my email. Downloading now.

Aside from that, if I'm being honest, I'll need to see a little more uberness to justify the price tag in the future. As Sarge stated, it would take minimal effort to incorporate a few other super gaffes in there for ubergirl lovers. TKS's productions, in contrast, are chock full of ubergirl VFX for a fraction of the price.
My $.02,

I'm done babbling. The outfits were spot on for how I like to see an ubergirl represent. I could care less about a supergirl outfit, capes, etc. I hope to see a somewhat more serious tone in the next films. However, I did find the women charming with our without their extreme good looks. I like the focus on the discovery of their superhuman strength in these films. I wish that certain strength scenes could be planned out and shot better. More time spent on the scene itself - my ubergirl edits
I like to see the melee combat but again they need to be planned out a little bit better. Nothing better than a sexy bionic kick to knock a goon out! Watch some Kickasskandy for some help with that. Speaking of which - we should all move to the location those and JonX's movies seem to be filmed, since there seems to be no shortage of badass sexy supermodels.
I'm going to be hated for this - but I really hope I don't see flying. Please no flying in these movies. I love my uberbabes a little more down to earth when seeing them on the small screen/laptop, etc. Flying looks dumb. NOW, a little bionic woman sfx action is achievable in these budgets. There has to be ways of creating cheap destructible objects.
Other than this I'm so glad JonX is putting stuff out again! Here's to FF 4 and more!

You suck, Bionicskillz!! Actually, I'm in the same camp as you. When done well, flying is awesome. If not taken that extra mile, it looks pretty amateurish. Unfortuantely, I think most of the genre producers don't have the budgets or equipment (e.g. harnesses) to make flying look convincing, so I'd tend to agree with you on the flying bit.

First off, apologies to anyone that had a problem with an invalid download link from Episode 3. I think that I've replied to everyone that email me at hello/at/superheroines.net - if anyone else has had a problem, let me know.
And thanks for the feedback on Episode 3. All feedback, both positive and negative are gratefully received. Everything is always taken on-board for future movies, and I know that more displays of super powers (done well) is a winner, as too are the VFX, attitude of the girls, etc.
It was touched upon earlier in this thread about flying, and I have a similar feeling. I've been talking with Alberto C about superbreath, and how to do it properly. I'm not saying that I've shot other super powers perfectly, but there are some like flying and superbreath that need to be done really well in order to look half-decent. So I'm still exploring.
And finally, I'm about to start looking at shooting Episode 4 of The Female Future. And right now, I'm exploring scripts. If anyone has an idea for a script, let me know. Remember, its not about 'Supergirl' but more about the exploration around the phenomenon of seemingly normal girls being transformed into superhumans - learning about, and exploring their new powers.
Thanks!

Never expect to see real professional flying FX anytime soon in a niche market like ours.
Well, something REALLY good can be seen around, come on...

That IS good, but comparing Zen/Giga to smaller outfits like FF, PSW, TKS, etc. isn' t really fair. Zen/Giga is a fulltime peril production studio with a lot more resources (and probably money) than most of the genre outfits.
It is a shame their films like this only have a brief 5 min "girl power" demonstration before the 40 minutes of rape and peril kicks in. Wish they would use their studio "powers" for our type of stuff. Their Zen-Pictures arm did Astro Girl a while back but nothing to that size and magnitude since.

I was wondering about this as well. Any reason for the black screen JonX?

Maybe I'm a bit prudish but all the swearing seemed a bit unnecessary to me and didn't add to the story.
Good stuff though and I look forward to the next instalment.
